I have heard that science and the Bible do not agree. And this is a good thing. Because otherwise, we would have to get a new Bible every 20 years, because scientific knowledge changes but the Bible stays the same. The Bible says:
"Forever O Lord, Thy Word is settled in heaven." - Psalms 119:89
