"Increasingly, it looks like the political fight isn’t between Republicans and Democrats, but rather the American people against the Deep State...While we the American people may believe the government isn’t working, for an elite group embedded throughout our government and media, the government is working quite well -- for them!"
My comments on this article:
This is a great article - and I love the Picture of the small island growing out of the head of a giant submerged octopus - very appropriate!
And like an octopus, the Deep State is composed of many legs. For example, much of the mainstream media could be said to be just one of those legs. Here is what Mr. Deep state himself, the late David Rockefeller, had to say to his friends in the (Deep State controlled) media:
“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years......It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries.” (Source)
If the Deep State is the octopus (in the article above), and if one of those legs are the patsies in the mainstream media, then another one of those legs are the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Check out this short You Tube clip where Deep State Swamp Creature Dick Cheney laughs at the voters of Wyoming for voting for him:
