"President Barack Obama traveled on Sunday to Moore, Okla., where a massive tornado caused devastation last Monday. There he told Americans that God has a plan and it is important we recognize we are instruments of His will. 'There was a story that really struck me in the press,' Obama said. “In the rubble was found a Bible, open to the words that read: ‘A man will be as a hiding place from the wind, and a cover from the tempest.’ And it’s a reminder, as Scripture often is, that God has a plan, and it’s important, though, that we also recognize we’re an instrument of His will.”
God Does have a plan. And governments should be instruments of his will. But when they are not, well, that is when we need to heed the advice given by Dr. David P. Murray:
