Mark Levin: An Up or Down Vote on the Second Amendment is Unconstitutional

Mark Levin: An Up or Down Vote on the Second Amendment is Unconstitutional - The Daily Caller

Excerpt:

"'The Second Amendment belongs to you and me, like the first, like the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth — like the rest of the Constitution,' Levin [said]...'It’s not up for grabs. Is the Senate holding a constitutional convention? Well, it looks like it’s just about to.' 'This Thursday, the Senate intends to vote on changing the Second Amendment without any pretense of going through the constitutional amendment process — none,' he continued. 'The Senate is meeting as if it’s a constitutional convention and can do whatever it damn well wants to do. The Second Amendment exists as a protection for us against usurpation by Congress and the rest of the federal government. The Second Amendment protects an individual right and it’s that simple.'”
