Wheaton College Students Sue Chicago After Being Told They Can't Evangelize in Park - christianpost.com

Excerpt from this article:

"'We need to protect civil liberties vigorously so we don't get into a situation as they have in Hong Kong where the rights are gradually taken away and then you have civil unrest,' he added. 'We want to hold the line here for the Gospel and for everybody else.'"

WWP&PD (What Would Peter & Paul Do?).  I'm not sure they would sue the government (Although Paul did appeal to Caesar when he felt his rights were being violated - Acts 25:9-12). The Bible says:

"But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard." - Acts 4:19 & 20 (Audio)

Here is a great sermon on these verses:

When Government Tries to Be God, by Dr. David P. Murray
