"You do not know, poor soul, how glad God is when he forgives a soul. The angels sang when God made the world, but we do not read that he sang then. Yet, in the last chapter of the prophecy of Zephaniah we read: 'The Lord your God who is in the midst of you is mighty; He will save, he will rejoice over you with joy.' Only think of it! The Triune God singing!
