Newscaster Wins Emmy For Education Report - She's Booed Immediately After Revealing What She Thinks About Public Schools - theblaze.com
Excerpt from this article:
"Meghan Dwyer, a reporter at WITI-TV, made her way to the stage after
winning an Emmy earlier this month for her report on bullying in public
schools. She then delivered a brutally honest acceptance speech that
drew immediate boos from the audience at the 2014 Chicago/Midwest Emmy
Awards. 'This is for all the kids that are bullied. Seriously, public schools
suck. They are horrible, they need to be held accountable,'” Dwyer said.
