A great video! Although I'm not a big fan of PMA gurus, I think the late Dr. Wayne Dyer summed it up in best in one of his books. He says, "Ninety percent of hurt feelings are strategy on the hurtees part."
I'm quoting that from memory, and I think I read it in Dr Dyer's book, The Sky's the Limit or Pulling Your Own Strings. If I misquoted him, please feel free to get offended!
