Did Dean Koontz Predict the Coronavirus? Or Did the Bible?

Some people have suggested that Author Dean Koontz predicted the Coronavirus in his 1981 novel, The Eyes of Darkness. That may or may not be so. But Dr. Joel Beeke definitely saw this virus coming when he preached the following sermon on Jeremiah 9:9 (Audio):

"Shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?"
