I hope this isn't too irreverent! But it gives me an opportunity to recommend one of my favorite sermons based on 2 Corinthians 5:11,12:

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive the things done in his body, accroding to that he that he hath done, whether they be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men."
