Is Family Guy Programming Young Voters to Despise Republicans?
"Conservative blogger and screenwriter Bill Whittle diagnosed Seth MacFarlane’s cartoon 'Family Guy' as a symptom of America’s decadent liberalism, and said that conservatives are losing the narrative needed to win elections due to 'entertainment' like this."
I'm not a fan of "The Family Guy," but I think it would be inaccurate to say that 'young voters are learning to despise Republicans' due to shows like this. What is causing young voters to despise Republicans are Republicans themselves. When they see that there really is no difference between George Bush (Jr. and Sr.) and Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, who can blame them for despising Republicans?
