There are many different websites that offer reading plans to read the Bible in a year. Here is a really good one: Read the KJV Bible in One Year. For today, why don't you read along with me Chapters 9-12 in the book of Revelation.
Special verses:
"And in those days shall men
seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die
, and death shall flee from them." - Revelation 9:6
"And the seventh angel sounded
; and there were great voices in heaven, saying , The kingdoms
of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his
Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever." - Revelation 11:15
"And I heard a loud voice
saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and
the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the
accuser of our brethren is cast down , which accused them before
our God day and night. And they overcame
him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Therefore
rejoice , ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the
inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come
down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he
hath but a short time." - Revelation 12:10-12
Note: If you
have a reading disability that makes it difficult or impossible to read
along with me this year, please consider going to Biblegateway.com and
listening to the Bible. This is a great site with many resources, one
of which is an audio version of the Bible Daily.
