Imagine for a moment that you live in a Muslim country. There are 2 candidates running for president: one is a Sunni Muslim and the other is a Shia Muslim. You are free to vote for whichever one you please.
That is what we have in America in 2016 (minus the "Muslim" aspect of it). Americans were free to vote for Hillary Clinton, clearly a 'would-be' puppet of the Globalist elites. Or they could vote for an "Outsider", Donald Trump, who may or may not wish to be a puppet of the Globalist elites.
When his running mate Mike Pence announced that Dick Cheney was going to be his role model, he was sending a crystal clear message to to Globalists that if Trump wins, and decides he doesn't want to be their puppet, well, they can count on Mike Pence!
I'm not sure it matters at this point which person is finally declared president. The Globalists (many of whom are members of the Council on Foreign Relations), are going to remain in charge.
