Read the Whole Bible in 2014 - Friday, January 10, 2014

I'm going to try to read through the whole Bible this year. Why don't you join me? There are many different websites that offer reading plans to read the Bible in a year. The one I chose is Read the KJV Bible in One Year. So for today, let's read chapters 22 and 23 in the book of Matthew.

Special verse(s):

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise an cummin, and have ommitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment and mercy, and faith. These ought you to have done, and not to leave the others undone." - Matthew 23:23

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not. Behold,, your house is left unto you desolate." - Matthew 23:37,38

Note: If you have a reading disability that makes it difficult or impossible to read along with me this year, please consider going to Biblegateway.com and listening to the Bible. This is a great site with many resources, one of which is an audio version of the Bible!
