for Wednesday for Alabama state Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore
and his lawyers to discuss seeking the dismissal of complaints filed
against him because of the court’s rulings on marriage after the U.S.
Supreme Court issued its 2015 edict destroying the precedent of
millennia that the institution involves a man and a woman.
Dissenting justices in that ruling in Washington called it
unconnected to the U.S. Constitution and multiple pockets of resistance
to the mandate have erupted since then."
