Patrick Buchanan: Who Promoted Private Ryan?

Patrick Buchanan: Who Promoted Private Ryan? - lewrockwell.com

Excerpt from this article:

"Forty-eight hours after Donald Trump wrapped up the Republican nomination with a smashing victory in the Indiana primary, House Speaker Paul Ryan announced that he could not yet support Trump. In millennial teen-talk, Ryan told CNN’s Jake Tapper, 'I’m just not ready to do that at this point. I’m not there right now.'”

Paul Nehlen: 'Paul Ryan's Elitism is Showing,' 'His Disdain and Disrespect for the American Electorate is Breathtaking' - breitbart.com

Excerpt from this article:

“It doesn’t matter whether Speaker Ryan approves of candidate Trump or not,” noted Nehlen. “It doesn’t matter whether any congressional leader approves of him. It matters even less if RNC leadership approves of him—including Paul Ryan. The fact is, the American people have spoken in state after state after state. They’ve made their choice. It is petulant, arrogant, disrespectful—and in many senses dangerous—to our representative system of government to tell people across this nation who took the time to cast a vote, ‘Sorry, I’m not cool with your choice.’ It is for the people to decide who they want to lead, not for one man or a cabal of party elites.”

Bipartisan Budget Deal: Tax & Tax & Spend & Spend

Bipartisan Budget Deal: Tax & Tax & Spend & Spend - thenewamerican.com

Excerpt from this article:

"House Liberty Caucus Chairman Justin Amash (R-Michigan) aptly summed up the bipartisan budget deal being pushed by House Speaker John Boehner and Democratic leaders in Washington with this quip on his Facebook page: 'Republicans will agree to more spending, and in exchange, Republicans will get higher taxes.'

Mark Levin, who is also a Constitutional scholar, said recently:

"You should view these politicians with the deepest contempt you can possibly imagine.  What they are doing to this country, what they are doing to our finances - there is not a criminal in any federal prison, state prison, city or county jail with respect to financial crimes of any sort who collectively could have done the kind of damage that Barack Obama and Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and yes, willing, timid, gutless Republicans have done to this country! To your future, to your children and your grandchildren. What they are doing is with malice and with forethought." (emphasis mine) (source)

Note: An Obama protester once held up a sign that read: "Nice Performance, But We're Not That Stupid!" Well, then again, maybe we are!

Shock Poll: Will This Man Top GOP Ticket?

Shock poll: Will this man top GOP ticket?:

"He won the CPAC straw poll. He is second in the latest national poll. He leads in New Hampshire, the first in the nation primary, and now he is the favorite among likely voters in the first in the Iowa Caucus. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., must be doing something right."

"Like Most Catholics, I Do What I Want." - Vice President Joe Biden

In the recent Vice Presidential debate ('SNL' takes on vice presidential debate), Vice President Joe Biden said, "Like most Catholics, I do what I want."  Many - perhaps most - Protestants could say the same thing.

But our Lord Jesus issues a stern warning for those what profess to be one of his followers, and yet, 'does whatever he or she wants:'

"Not everyone that sayeth to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but they that do the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say unto me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophecied in Thy name? And in Thy name cast out devils? And in Thy name done many wonderful works? And I will profess unto them, I never knew you. Depart from me ye that work iniquity." - Matthew 7:21-23
