Three Felonies A Day - How the Fed Targets the Innocent

Three Felonies A Day - How the Fed Targets the Innocent - threefeloniesaday.com

Excerpt from this article:

"How can the average American commit arguably 3 felonies in the course of a given day? Consider these hypothetical examples along with their real life parallels - in which vague and broad federal laws have made honest citizens into federal felons."

How Immigration Reform Takes from the Poor

How Immigration Reform Takes from the Poor | National Review Online:

"One of the selling points of immigration reform is that it will boost the economy and raise the U.S.’s GDP. But opponents counter that there will be economic losers in this process, and those hurt by higher immigration may be low-skilled workers who already are having a hard time economically...an income gain to one person doesn’t necessarily offset an equal dollar loss to another. Simply put, it hurts more to lose a dollar if you’re poor than it helps to gain a dollar if you’re rich..."

The Bible Says: "The righteous man considereth the cause of the poor, but the wicked regardeth not to know it." Proverbs 29:7

In US, Child Poverty and Hunger Rates Alarmingly High

In US, Child Poverty and Hunger Rates Alarmingly High - Black Christian News Network (BCNN)

Excerpt:

"The U.S. Census Bureau determined that 25.1 percent of African-American households and 29.2 percent of households with children are food insecure. 'While there are indicators that the economy is recovering, children and ethnic minorities that were disproportionately impacted during the recession continue to struggle and lag behind in the recovery,'  explained Leonetta Elaiho, director of Youth and Community Engagement, U.S. Programs at World Vision, in an email statement to The Christian Post."

Is Obama Rewriting History?

Buchanan: Obama Rewriting History:

"The freedom of all Americans to compete academically, athletically, artistically and economically must inevitably result in an inequality of incomes, wealth and rewards. Why? Because all men and women are by nature and nurture unequal. Some are talented, ambitious, industrious, lucky. And in a free society, such men and women will always reap a disproportionate share of fame and fortune. The only way to equalize rewards is to take from those who have earned and give to those who have not. And that requires the kind of redistributionst regime the Founding Fathers would have risen up against. As Obama’s America rises, the old republic falls."

The Rich Get Richer and the Poor Go Hungry

The Rich Get Richer and the Poor Go Hungry!

Goldman Sachs Made $400 Million Betting on Food Prices in 2012 While Hundreds of Millions Starved - Infowars.com

But there is good news, at least for the millions who go to bed hungry. Our Lord Jesus said "To the poor the gospel is preached." (Matthew 11:5).  If you are poor, please take time right now to read Pastor Charles Spurgeon sermon, Preaching for the Poor.

You may also want to check out Ron Reed's 2 minute podcast on James 2:5: "Hath not God chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?"

As for Goldman Sachs, well, the news isn't quite so good. The Bible says:

"Go to now ye rich men, weep and howl for the miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankard; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. Behold the hire of the laborers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them that have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabbath. Ye have lived in pleasure on earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts as in the day of slaughter. Ye have condemned and killed the just, and he doth not resist you." - James 5:1-6
