I agree. And if in 1999 the United States Senators would have had even one ounce of integrity, they would have removed Bill Clinton from office, following the 1998 impeachment by the House of Representatives on 2 counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice (see Impeachment of Bill Clinton, Wikipedia)
