Accusations of sexual assault should - almost! - always be  believed. I say, "Almost", for 2 reasons. One, I've read the book Don't Me Daddy - False Accusations of Child Sexual Abuse, by Dean Tong, and Two, I have seen first hand how social workers and law enforcement officers can encourage people to make such false accusations.

But even still, I think false accusation of sexual abuse are rare, and when a person is accused of sexually assaulting someone - such as Bill Cosby, Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Woody Allen, Kobe Bryant,  Arnold Schwartzenegger, etc - those accusations should be believed!

Amanda Knox was tried by an Italian court for murder and found innocent after spending 4 years in prison. Then She returned to the United States. Now she has been retried in another Italian court, only this time they found her guilty.  Because America still has a constitution, which says you can't be tried twice for the same crime - it is not likely Ms. Knox will be extradited back to Italy to serve out the rest of her 26 year sentence.

From what I've read (The Fatal Gift of Beauty: The Trials of Amanda Knox) I'm not convinced beyond reasonable doubt of her guilt - or innocence.  But one day - as with O.J. Simpson & Bill Clinton,  - the truth will come out.  The Bible Says:

"In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel." - Romans 2:16

"And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." - Revelation 20:11-20
