I think the Antichrist would look a little like World War 2 war criminal Adolf Eichmann. According to Wikipedia, "Eichmann was tasked...with facilitating and managing the logistics of mass deportation of Jews to ghettos and extermination camps in German-occupied Eastern Europe during World War II. In 1960, he was captured in Argentina by Mossad, Israel's intelligence service. Following a widely publicized trial in Israel, he was found guilty of war crimes and hanged in 1962."
Adolf Eichmann has been quoted as saying:
"I will leap into my grave laughing because the feeling that I have five million human beings on my conscience is for me a source of extraordinary satisfaction." (source)
Speaking about Mr. Eichmann, one person said:
"The trouble with [the Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann]
was precisely that so many were like him, and that the many were
neither perverted nor sadistic, that they were, and still are, terribly
and terrifyingly normal. From the viewpoint of our legal institutions

make it well neigh impossible for him to know or to feel that he is

Of course, another possibility is that the Antichrist will look like one of the 7 Supreme Court justices that voted to pass Roe V. Wade in 1973. (See:Are Liberal Judges to Blame for Roe V. Wade?) These justices have far more blood on their hands than Adolf Eichmann (See: 58,586,256 Abortions in America Since Roe V. Wade in 1973)
Of course, the Antichrist may look like Nicholae Carpathia in the Left Behind Series. While I don't agree with everything in these movies, I still heartily recommended them:

In fact, the plot of #3 makes you wonder if Donald Trump were elected president and Barack Obama went on to become Secretary General of the United Nations....
