This eventually led to a partial government shutdown, followed by the Republicans giving up the fight and Obama getting the debt limit lifted. Then just one month after the shutdown ended, our national debt rose by $409 billion. So who are the dead beats? I say they are Obama, the Demacrats and the Republicans who voted to increase the debt limit, and all the liberal news media who encouraged America to take on more debt!

Is it Time to Shut Down the Government Again?

In a post I did some time prior to the last govermemt shutdown, I said the issue was not whether America should pay its bills. Of course we should! The issue is the worthless, no good, and even wicked politicians that are deliberately destroying America by throwing our money to the wind (see my post: Obama Calls Republicans "Deadbeats" for Opposing Increase in Debt Limit").

Here's an idea: Let's play a game. See who can find - and blog about - the most government waste since the shutdown ended. I'll start:
